that has been in business since 1981.

Background
The
Crest Group is also a subsidiary of Seelbach Associates LLC,
which was formed in 1987 to provide corporate mergers,
acquisition, financing and strategic planning experience to small companies and other organizations.
The founder and owner has over 40 years
of management experience working with small to
mid-sized companies as a president, chief operating
officer, chief financial officer, and venture
capitalist. In
addition he was a consultant with McKinsey and
Company and Probe Research as well as with Seelbach
Associates LLC. He
also served as a director of two public
and six private companies and two industry associations
and he is currently a director of a public company.
This
background brings together
direct industry operating experience in
telecommunications; manufacturing; software; the
Internet; and sales, marketing and distribution of
industrial and retail products through channels
including OEMs, VARs and directly.
It also includes management of an Internet services and content
provider and experience in product businesses in the HVAC,
semiconductor, laser, computer display, wireless
handset, and solar energy industries. During
this business career, the founder and owner bought and sold companies in size
from $1 million to $15 million in sales and raised over $50 million
for the companies.

through his business career and through his education.
He has
contacts among alumni of the U.S. Naval
Academy and Columbia Business School, from
former consultants of McKinsey and Company,
and with venture capitalists and operating
executives of Exxon Enterprises.
He has also developed many contacts
in the executive recruiting, investment
banking, private equity and venture capital
industries.
These contacts have proven valuable
