The Crest Group assists organizations and individuals improve results and
reach new levels of performance. A collaborative and results-oriented

The focus is working with management to develop a clear strategy with specific,
measurable goals and to assist them in achieving the results planned. We are an experienced consulting, management and coaching firm founded by Chris Seelbach.
The Crest Group draws upon the experience of Mr. Seelbach and the collective experience of his network of associates. His experience includes strategic and operating business consulting with McKinsey & Company. He was also a venture capitalist assisting companies create new products and commercializing them. For one, he was named President and then led a turn around and development of a world class software product. He later raised capital for this company to commercialize the product; the business continues today.
Other significant experiences that provide a foundation for Mr. Seelbach’s consulting include:
- Marketing and CFO experiences in a public company with a revolutionary manufacturing business that grew from $60M to $230M in revenue in four years.
- COO experience with a New York based, international telecom start up that grew to $30M in revenue in 30 months and developed a European fiber network.
- President of two other companies developing service and product businesses.
- Director and Chairman of the Board of a public company selling consumer products over the internet through a network of agents
- Facilitator for an international consortium of companies developing product standards for two years.
- Member of the Board of Directors of two professional associations and of one non-profit organization.
